In this case, We request you to contact the current registered user requesting for a “Asset Transfer Token” code to redeem the unit via “Asset Transfer” option in the FortiCloud Portal. The Asset Transfer page in the FortiCloud Portal allows Org admin users to transfer assets from one FortiCloud account to another. When transferring assets, the source account generates a transfer token in the Asset Management portal. The source account user then shares the token with the target account user who then enters the token into their account.
